my first/newest DIY is a super nano with a sump.
the whole system holds 1.4 gallons and the sump is 0.8 gallons and the tank is 0.6 gallons.(yes thats right a bigger sump then the tank) both sump and tank have seprate 26watt fluro light over them(mini coils) the filtration is a aqua clear 20(well not that but someting the same cant remeber name). The tank has a single intake at the bottem of the tank witch runs straight to the filter intake(throught the bottem of the sump) then at the bottem of the sump theres another 2 pipes running to the tank witch are positioned at the top facing inward/down. i have only just finnished setup and soon will be adding the LR and water its goign to be a bare bottem tank because of the intake pipe position. i will be only having corals living in it.

the mesurements of the sump, tank and pipeing holes/pipeing. LxWxH
Tank: 25cmX8.5cmX12cm 0.6gal
Sump:28cmX11cmX12cm 0.8gal
Piping:HxW
holes:
1cmX1cm
pipes:
1cmX1cm
the sump is positioned higher than the tank so the piping running out of it flows correctly.
I will soon be posting pics and live tank/sump additions.(lost my camara charger )

thankyou for reading and i hope you injoy the soon coming pics

o and i forgot one thing the heater its a 50watt visi therm delux sub heater. also i migth add im going to have 1.5lbs of LR added and there will be 0.5 lb in display and 1lb in sump il be moving it around to wich every Lr looks the best(both tank and sump have 26watts over them remember)
