Super Reef Octopus SRO-3000EXT

Does anyone have a Super Reef Octopus SRO-3000EXT? If so, do you know what the height of the water output opening is? Is it adjustable? Can it be raised by adding a longer pipe? My sump is 16" tall and wanting to ensure I can get the return water back into the sump without having to elevate the whole skimmer a lot. I only have 30" clearance under my stand and this is almost 27" high. Appreciate any feedback. Also called Coralvue and left VM.

The skimmer should sit in about 6 inches of water.

No problem....Does anyone know if its you can raise the gate valve over the sump?

It's not adjustable. I had to sit mine on a stand to accommodate the return pipe. I didn't thnk about Making a talker one. Maybe I'll try it tomorrow.
