what mods can i do to my super skimmer to get better skimmate?

I would mod the impeller with mesh or wrap fishing line between the needlewheels like this:

im unfamiliar witht the term skimmate. I have a superskimmer so i am curious to what you are talking about.

Skimmate= all the crap your skimmer pulls out of your tank.

gotcha, what does wrapping the pinwheel with fishing line do?

It helps to tear up the larger bubbles making a bubble size more appropriate for skimming. Small.

might be unecessary question but any quage line work better than others?
