thank you to rodney and rodger @ TUNZE U.S.A.
i sent them a seized up 6101 stream (due to extream alk level)
to them and they fixed it(no charge) and sent it back to me right away. Ecosystems would never service/replace anything for free
i am very glad i chose TUNZE over vortech.

i have a saying that applies to any paraphinalia made for this hobby "if it comes from the homeland of reefkeeping it is the best you can buy!!!!!!!"

Yeah, there is NO costumer service like the one Roger offers.. Best bar none.

I feel compelled to post my sincere thanks to Roger. He's been great with helping out whenever needed. You may pay a little more for the product but what you get besides top of the line stuff is the customer support that goes along with it.

Gotta have both to make it perfect right? You can make the best piece of gear but your customer service is lagging still don't make you the best IMO
