Do you guys think adding the supplements to my reef tank is a good idea?? I was thinking about getting the kent marine 3 pack

IME, it is best to stick with a good balanced calcium supplement and water changes. Magnesium is ok to add occasionally if it is warranted by testing.

I agree with Amphiprion. I wouldn't add anything without testing first. I learned that the hard way in the begining. The dosing instructions are very general and it really depends on what livestock you have in your tank.
