I was wondering how much support I would get in terms of warranty and customer support if I purchase Profilux either direct from Germany or via a Hong Kong retailer.
I'm interested in either the 3.1 or 4, still researching the differences between them.
My main concern is the customer support or warranty which if you guys do not know, Hong Kong is usually 7 days.
If it breaks with 7, the retailer replaces for you, after that, you are on your own, contact the distributor......
