Is this the same nutrition as aquarium store brand? Reading the label it seems to be the same nutrition and looks the same at a quarter the price. Any harm using this type seaweed?
I would really like to find out what goes in wakame... I'm pretty sure Japanese restaurants put sesame oil and sesame seeds in it... Pretty tasty stuff. It may contain soy to, I dunno. I have never seen this kind of seaweed sold outside of a sushi restaurant, though.
You can get Nori in the supermarket...
I think wakame would be great if you could get the ingredients without all the oil and additives... Probably REALLY good for tangs and such. I believe that I've seen some with gracilaria in it before.
