There are no Acan Maximas available in the trade, no matter what anyone claims they are. So, I'd say it's a lordhowensis.

It look like acan maxima. But the very strange thing is it has two mouth. The mouths do not look like the lobo's mouth.

I talked to a very knowledgeable person and they told me that all maximas don't come from oman. Why can't someone get corals from there? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to understand why it isn't possible.

As I know, the maxima here is from Bali.

Acan Maxima's are endemic in the region of Oman ONLY .. irregardless of what your supplier or collector had claimed ... Bali or Indo region!! JMHO.

Maximas only come from the Sea of Oman and they don't allow any collecting there. Also Maximas are fairly plain..not colorful. It's a beautiful piece, but don't believe anyone that tries to sell you something as a Maxima. Here is a link to what the Maximas look like.

Thanks everyone for the help. I just want to clear up some things. The store i purchased this coral from DID NOT tell me it was a maxima. The coral actually came in with no label 0n it. Just wanted to try and get some kind of id.

I'm putting my money on a lordhowensis. I've had them in the past where the polyps get up to 2" so I know they can get that large, PLUS I've had something very similar to that color morph in a lord.
