SWFMAS Event Coordinator

The Southwest Florida Marine Aquarium Society (SWFMAS) is pleased to
announce our third annual Open House. This event will be Saturday, April
10 at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Fort Myers. This is
located at the SE corner of the intersection of US 41 and College Parkway.
We will have speakers, raffle, vendors, manufacturers reps, frag swap and
a frag auction.
This year, the event will be in two separate rooms. Speakers will be in
one room and the vendors and manufacturers reps will be in another room.

Tentative Schedule
(please check the club website from time to time as this will be updated
as we get closer to the event)
Friday, April 9
6 pm - Doors open for event set-up (vendors and manufacturers)
Saturday, April 10
8 am - Doors open for volunteers, speakers, vendors
9 am - Doors open to the public
9:30 am to 10:30 am - Steven Pro (Topic: I touched it, so now what)
11 am to Noon - Randy Reed (Topic: Feeding your reef)
1 pm to 2 pm - John Coppolino (Topic: Angels in the Aquarium)
2:30 pm - Raffle tickets purchasing closes
3 pm - Frag Auction
5 pm - Event is closed. Don't forget to pick up your raffle winnings on
the way out!
Raffle is a "silent" raffle. This means that the raffle tickets will be
taped to the prize. Raffle items will be available for pick up around 3
pm. You do not have to be present to win the raffle items. Raffle items
will be held until the next club meeting. If they are not picked up by
then, SWFMAS will raffle them at the May meeting.

SWFMAS Paid Individual Member - Free
SWFMAS Paid Family Membership - Free for member, spouse and kids
Children under 12 - Free
Paid Member to other Florida Club - $3
All others - $10
