Swim bladder, new anthias?

I've had a Randall's anthias in QT for almost two weeks. He's been doing ok...only mildly intersted in selcon enright mysis(was eating this at the LFS)

The light went out in my qt and it took 4 days for me to get a new one.... today when I got it working the fish seems to be pretty chubby. He looks fatter than he should considering he's only been mildly interested in food. He's swimming a bid odd...kind of pointing towads the bottom as if he's resisting from floating.

Is this some type of swim bladder infection? Is there a treatment? He looks to be in great shape, tank condition are perfect, no ammonia/nitrite/nitrate
