Swim Bladder Problems

I have a fairy wrasse that is having swim bladder problems. I have had it in a 70 gallon Qt with three other fish for a month now. I have not treated the tank with anything because all of the fish appear to be healthy. Three days ago I noticed my fairy wrasse swimming upright. She was looking straight up at the surface so I thought she was waiting for food. Now she swims upside down and sideways. She is still eating and can swim normally sometimes. Is there anything that I can do? The only thing I can think of that might have caused problems is that she is fighting with another fairy wrasse in the tank.

Any help is appreciated. I don't know much about this disease.

Possibly an internal bacterial infection causing a build up of gases inside. How do you store your foods and how old are they? I would probably treat the fish with nifurpirinol, nitrofurazone or Maracyn-Two (last choice).

I store my food in the freezer and usually go through a pack every two weeks. I did have a picky fish that would only take brine shrimp so I fed a older pack of brine shrimp for about a week. It is about 8 months old. Is there much of a chance of success if I treat?

Thanks for your help.
