Switch from Vinegar Carbon Dosing to NP-Pro

Any particular way to do this? I currently am dosing 35-40ml a day on a system with about 140 gal of water.

Only owner of tank knows his system that but We think that You Can start to dose half dose of -NP pro and rise dose do normal and in this time You can reduce Vinegar..
For You tank normal dose will be:
5 drops -NP Pro ( from bottle 10ml or 50ml) or 25ml daily from 2000 ml container.
