Switching 200 gal from fw to sw

I have been thinking about swithing my fw set up to sw and was wondering what I would need.

Here is my set up right now

- 2 fluval 404
- 2 ac 500
- 4 maxi jet 1200

and for lighting I have one 3ft coral life t5 and one 4ft t5

I am thinking the only thing that I would need to buy would be the protien skimmer and live sand and a little live rock.

do alota research befor eactually making the switch. Protein skimmer is probably a def. Live rock should be around 1.5-2lbs per gallon. I have decided my next tank will be a rubble bottom. Do research figure out the pros & cons of every aspect of this hobby. Then do what you want. Good luck and happy reefing.
