Synchiropus stellatus Feeding Frequency

I know these fish will generally take to frozen foods, but I don't know if they need frequent feedings or not. I generally feed my fish every 2-3 days. Would this be enough for them or do they need feeding at least once a day?

How big is your tank and how long has it been running? Do you have a refugium? Dragonets typically graze all day. If there's enough pods in the tank, your supplemental feeding can be limited.

If you're counting on it surviving on frozen food, it will require more than you're feeding. At least every day and probably several times a day.

Thanks rssjsb. I was planning on a nano (not set up yet), I'll stay clear of them for now.

Yes, dragonets - mandarins, scooters, etc. - don't really work well in nano tanks.
