4x39 ICECAP retrofit overdriven with icecap 660 ballast too much for some soft corals and lps?

or is 4x39 TEk retrofit kit with ICECAP reflectors to little for a LTA?

Your good with the 4x39 with ice cap reflectors. If your just planning on housing softies and lps this lamp set-up should be more than enough lighting for your corals.
