I assume that your 110-gallon tank is 48” long. The 48” Nova Extreme 8x54w T5 fixture is definitely big enough for your 110-gallon tank.

My only concern is that the Nova may not have individual reflectors for each lamp. Other T5 fixtures you may want to consider are Aquatinics and Tek Light. Their products are available at:

individual reflectors are absolutely key very key
