t5 actinic differences

ok im really confused i bought a second t5 coralife dual bulb fixture im trying to bring out the greens and purples and reds in my coral i had a t12 100 % actinic 03 bulb that did this so i figured if i buy another t5 fixture this would produce better blue except its more white than blue i have 3 t5 actinic bulbs and 1 10k t5 and it looks no were near the blue of the one t12 100 percent blue. my question is what is the difference in actinic bulbs? and what do I do to get the beautiful color of my corals to show?
