T5 ballast recommendation

I would like to know what T5 ballast people would recommend for 4x39w bulbs? I am a fan of IceCap and which model would be the best.

Sounds like you already answered your own question partially. The 430 and 660 are solid ballasts. You can swing by the IceCap section here on RC to get a lot of good details on the ballasts, recommendations, etc.

Yep, just get one 660 and be done with it. If you don't want to run the IC and overdrive the bulb's there are tons of ballasts that work well. You can get them for 20bux generally. Advance, triad, workhorse to name a few. Even ballastwise.com has some
