T5 Bulb combo

I have a 4x24w current fixture on a standard 29g tank. I am wanting to do an SPS dominant tank. Will this fixture work? Also what bulb combo should I run to get the best results?

It should be enough t-5's for the tank as far as bulb combo i will let someone else chime in on that.
