t5 bulbs

i originally bought my t5's as actinic supplements but all ther good for is simulating dusk/dawn... im actually considering switching out the bulbs to regular daylight bulbs to get more benificial light in the tank but first was wondering if anyone else has done this and also what bulbs would u guys recomend if i do decide to switch them out
btw these are 36" 39w bulbs

try CRF... they have t5 bulbs and maybe they can steer you in the right direction or you can try calling reefgeek and see what greg recommends.

just got 4 t5's there at crf. 2- 50/50 and 2 -actinic as well as the sunlight supply fixtures

how much were the bulbs? what brand do u recomend?

I have been using the ATI aquablue specials and the aquablue plus exclusively as recommended by the T5 folks in the lighting forum and I have had great results...

this is what i run on my tek light t5 fixture its the 8 x 54watt one.
this selection was suggested to me by the grim reefer aka t5 guru

well ill be ordering 250w se reeflux bulbs for the halides and was wondering what brand t5 bulb is recommended... right now i have TRU actinic bulbs in there but like i said i was thinking about switching to a 10k or even 50/50 to add more benificial light rather than just simulate dusk/dawn with the pretty blue light
