T5 Fixture Question

I got my 72" T5 fixture today!
Unfortunately one of the 4 bulbs was broken in half so I took it out.
I am anxious to see what it looks like on but haven't plugged it in yet because I wasn't sure if that was okay to do with a bulb left out. Is it okay for me to turn it on with just 3 bulbs?

I read somewhere that is a no,no. Either for the bulbs or fixture.

Okay the seller just emailed me back. They are sending me a replacement bulb tomorrow but he said it would be okay to turn on the other 3.
So I did.
It looks nice. I think I'll like it.
Unfortunately I found out that 80w bulbs are not available in my town so those will be mail order in the future...
