I think to buy a new T5 for my 90G. My aquarium in 48" long, 18" deep, 24" high. This T5 have 4 bulb of 54 watts, two white and two actinic and some nigh light. You thinks that this is a good idea.

Depends if you want to keep any corals and what the light is.....for sps, that is not enough light for a 90. What brand of light and what exactly are yo wanting to keep?

The Nova light uses a single reflector - which greatly diminishes the quality and output of the T5 light- at least that's what I've been reading while doing my own research.

I recommend the aquactinics first and secondly the tek. Actually, I would do a retro first, with ice cap reflectors. But if you're not up for retroing, see my first recommendations.

Go with idonteatfish, i'm to tired to explain, but that s it in a nutshell.......idon't eat fish either, or i'll dye, alergic....lol!
