T5 Light Help!

Hey guys, on my reef I am currently running 10k Kessils on my 90g system. However I want blue in my tank, so I am thinking of adding 2 T5's. Ive got two questions. If I run giesman super actinic, and Ati blue plus, will it make a color difference in my tank? Second question, I was looking at this fixture

I wanted to know if It could run the T5, because it says 54 watt, so i think it can

those will work but you're going to have a couple problems...
1..they have no reflectors, you'd be better off getting something that is designed for aquarium use.

2. They're going to rust to hell and back.
