T5 light issues

I'm having a problem with my t5 lights and I'm unsure of what is happening. I have a fixture that allows 6 bulbs. I currently have 3 Whites and 3 Blues. I have them on and in a matter of minutes 3 of the bulbs went out. I removed a bulb and then 2 of the ones I had off would turn on. I then would move that bulb to another socket and then it would cause another bulb to go out but the bulb I moved would go on. I'm not sure if it's the ballast due to the fact that the whites would stay on and so would the blues when there is an empty spot next to them. Help please lol

Could be anything from loose wiring to bad ballasts to failing bulbs..
I'd suspect a ballast issue or wiring from the description so far..

I'm not too sure of that. I haven't taken it apart yet. Could it be the ballast even though the lights work under certain circumstances

The bulbs are new. Maybe a couple months old but I have 2 brand new ones about a week ago

And how old is the fixture?
What model/brand fixture?
How many ballasts/channels?

water-resistant sockets?
checked for corrosion/salt creep?

I believe it has a water resistant socket. I didn't really notice any corrosion when I took it down earlier

Sounds like you need to open it up and visually check everything and go from there..
Only so much one can do over the internet..

That's gonna be my project tonight lol. Hopefully it's nothing to terrible and it's just a loose wire or something lol
