T5 Lighting For 220 gallon retro vs fixture

Hi anyone have advise on t5 lighting that will be used in a canopy for 220 gallon tank. Should i go with a fixture with tank stands or retro fit for under canopy? How many? And what combo would be best? I know to use seperate reflectors I prefere ice cap reflectors. Any help would be great .
