t5 lights for my 30L softie

so i have a 30 long (36x12x16) that i wanted to try something different and go with a low light softie tank dominated by large leathers, rics and shrooms. i want to get T5 lights and spend the least amount of cash, as possible as im putting most of it into my 26 for sps. here are the options i came up with, and all are under $110, which should i go with?
