T5 or LED - Which to Zoanthids and Paly's Grow Faster Under?

Which Type of Lighting do Zoanthids and Paly's Grow Faster Under?

I am setting up an All Zoanthid Frag Tank and need to know which Type of Lighting to get for Maximum Growth.

LED or T5 HO?

T5 all day for me. My zoas grow crazy fast. I have heard lots of success stories with leds and zoas too though, but I personally do not have any long term experience with them.

IMO your water is far more important. My DT has T5s and frag tank has LEDs and frankly they are similar growth but IMO they look waaaaayyyyy better under LEDs

I run both and have great growth. Unfortunately I cant equate it to either more than the other

6500k Iwaki halide's if you want 'fast growth'. Zooanthids and Palythoa are typically tidal. Go to the other end of the spectrum if you're looking for color though.
