Is is possible to fully dim T5s to zero %. I was planning on moving the radion ballasts (after a heatsink redesign) up to the light fixure to power all the lights and use 0-10v dimmable ballasts to shut the light off but all the ballasts I have looked at can only dial down to 1%. If not then I will run power to LED and 54w T5s separate and shut off at the plug.
Also I can get local used Icecap 660 ballast for $20. I have read good and bad on them. And I don't beleive they can be dimmed 0-10v. Any suggestions or things to look out for used? with no real way to test until I wire them in I dont know what to look for.
