T5 Reflector: Tek vs. IceCap Miro

It's a trade off. The IC is slighty wider (.25") and slightly more reflective.

According to Grim Reefer (the T-5 guru) the IceCap SLR reflectors are about 10% better than the Tek reflectors.

yes, the aqualux are minorly wider than the icecap, but both the icecap and aqualux blew away the tek reflector. up to 20% better. and the icecap and the aqualux were tied for best PAR output...

however, the aqualux reflector is quite a bit less money than either the icecap or the tek reflector.

i feel it isnt necessary to have as many t5ho as originally thought... my tank only has 3x39 of t5ho, and i have a clam and sps doing very well

I went with the Tek as it is the only one that comes in a fixture.
