T5 retro

Anyone ever hear of a retrofit T5 fixture just quitting?
Its less than 1.5 yrs old.The bulbs work fine in other fixture.
It just up and died

Only reason I could think of is a blown fuse or bad ballast. What kind was it?

I just took it apart but of course theres no visual clues as to what caused it to fail

Reason I asked is my ballast has a small fuse. I was thinking it might just be a blown fuse. not familiar with sunlights stuff.

Thanks Barret ! This is a 54 watt unit.
Chris at Kermits just gave me a ballast that should work.If not ill let you know.
I didnt see any fuses on the one I took apart.
