T5 TEK light help

Hey everyone, noobie here!

I have a 48" Sunlight Supply TEK (4x39W) fixture and am having some problems. I bought the unit used and it was working when I picked it up.
Previous owner tells me I need to plug it in for a few hours then I can turn it on.

After being plugged in for hours, even days, I fire them up and only 2 outer bulbs turn on. The 2 middle bulbs take about 30mins to come on.
But a few days later, they wont turn on even when I plug them in and turn on both switches. They used to come on sometimes but now they dont turn on at all.

I tested all the bulbs and they work with my other fixture. What could be the problem? Ive tried seating the bulbs in but no luck.
Could it be the ballasts? If so, what brand is my best bet?

The first thing I would do is take a small/fine file to the connectors on the end caps and see if that fixes the problem.

That said... I had a small problem with my TEK and their Customer Service was awesome. I had my (free) replacement parts the next day... I'm sure they would be happy to help you with replacement parts
