T5 Time schedule suggestions

Hello all, I just picked up the odyssea 72" T5 Quad High Output Light Fixture with Timer and i was wondering what time schedules i should run with a mixed reef but no sps.

Ive seen that you could run daylight 8-10 hours and Actinic one hour before and one hour after.

any suggestions would be great!

I run LEDs, but run a 9 hour full period, with actinics 1 hour before and after, so I guess I fit right in the middle of your example...

Actinic on at 11AM

Actinic off at 10PM

Daytime on at 12PM

Daytime off at 9PM

LED on at 8PM

LED off at 8 AM
