T5ho Ballasts help

I'm trying to do a t5 / led retro fit . I want to run 80w lights . I have a 2x54 ballest out of a old current light can I run a 2x54 ballast to run 1x80w ati bulb

No, that ballast only operates 54w bulbs if if could it would list it on the label

No prob ballast and bulb combos get confusing.
