I have 2-54w t5ho bulbs and once i move the canopy sometimes they won't start back up. I can touch the bulbs and they'll light up on the ends but won't start. Once I mess with the wireing and do some other things it'll start working but I want to fix the problem. I'm pretty newb to florecents and the ballasts but if they both light up when touched why aren't they firing. I'm wondering if it's a certain wire that's loose or something but can't find it.
