tablets for treating ich.

i've come across some tablets in the uk for treating white spot and a few other things. you remove the carbon add add the tablets, 3 tablets treat 80 liters. it says that you repeat everyday for 3 days, then replace carbon after 72 hours. totally reef safe. ever heard of it?
