Take apart??

Hey guys, I'm going to be building a canopy soon, and I have a current light set-up and I was either going to build the canopy so it can hold the whole system. Then I thought should I take it apart to do it. So I'm asking you guys should I take it apart? Or keep it all together and have the canopy hold it?

All depends on your personal preference IMO. If you like the light set-up and you are getting enough light to all parts of your aquarium, it would probably be easier to just build the canopy to hold your lights as you have them now.

Yea I have no problem with it, I mean every once in awhile ya have yo clean the plastic peace thats covers the light cause of the salt and crap but really doesn't bother me much

When I got my Halides. I took apart my Power compact fixture and used the ballast and sockets in my new canopy for the actinics.
