Taking the college plunge! .... lil' help?

So, I've finally decided to take the plunge back into college and get my degree in marine biology. I was thinking about Rutgers - Cook but was wondering what colleges or programs other people would recommend as per schooling, since my previous degree is currently useless with a current market slump. Murphy's Law. The only way for that field to pick up is for me to commit to going back to school and getting a second degree.

But, what do you guys think? Anyone attended Rutgers - Cook's marine biology program? What'd you think of it if you did attend? Does anyone know a better NJ program than the one at Rutgers?

Well I don't know about better, but I go to Montclair State and they have a new BS/MS setup for Marine Biology now. http://www.csam.montclair.edu/biology/bioweb/_Media/aqua_program_handout.pdf

Thought I heard talk about PhD, but maybe it isn't ready yet.
