Don't over react.. Don't go to the worst case yet... Everything is ok.. breathe.. a big margarita always works for me..

Well I thought it was diatoms but after some research, I learned that string like thing with bubble on top is probably dinos.
But I did just blow off all the rocks with a turkey baster, I'm going to vacuum and do a water change tonight instead of Friday.
The tank is oh month old probably, so every well could be something else. I will try and get a photo.

Here is one of the bed... You can see it good in this photo..
But on the rock, it was a bit more stringy from the bubble down to the rock surface.

Mcgyvr has it right - don't make big moves. It is a new tank, and dinos or cyano are relatively common (from the pic, it is not diatoms) - it usually resolves itself as your biological filter matures. You can try to decrease your photoperiod a bit (if you don't have any corals, which on a month-old tank you likely shouldn't) and increase water flow. Some specs on your tank, filter setup, etc. might help diagnose - but really, just give it another month, keep up on maintenance - be patient. Difficult, I know, on a new tank, but it is key to this journey : )
