tanakas pygmy wrasse

Wetmorella tanaka- my friend seems to think they are actually poisonous, I.e. They secrete nasty stuff :L
Is this true or nah? Internet seems to think no.

No, not poisonous. Excellent fish.

Not poisonous, but not a typical wrasse either. They are slow and methodical... more like a mandarin that swims in the water column. If you are looking for color and flash, continue searching. If you are cool with a curious, slow, little wrasse, they are pretty neat little creatures.

I have its cousin, the yellow banded possum wrasse. Just different coloration. I second all the comments in here. Awesome fish. Just cruises around all day long oblivious to anything around him. My wife is obsessed with him. She thinks he's the cutest fish ever.

Definitely one of my favorite fish. Have seen it in a few tanks.
