tang cloudy eye

i have a juvenile naso tang and the other day i noticed a white cloudy spot on his eye. i recently added a few frags but no other fish. all my parameters have been consistent (see below). a friends tank did have some issues so i'm holding some of his coral (zoas and LPS), could this have caused this? Mohawk (the tang) is eating nori, mysis, and formula 1 & 2 like normal and is not acting any different then normal. could this just be a scratch? does anyone have any ideas?

water params:
ammonia - 0
nitrites - 0
nitrates - 0-5
pH - 8.2
phosphates - 0-5
calcium - 420
fresh water is added for evaporation and reads 0 dkh when made.

Could be flukes or possibly a bacterial infection after injury.

This thread has good info on flukes:

Is the spot raised from the eye at all? If so, is it fuzzy or smooth in appearance? How big is it? Has it grown or moved since you noticed it?

i noticed it last week and after a couple of days it looked like the other eye started to get it. nothing on the body and he is acting 100% normal (begging for food and all). should i be concerned about the other fish in the tank? the naso tang seems to be the only one affected.
