Yep, that spot at the end of the dorsal fin where it meets the top of the caudal fin.......Ctenochaetus striatus.
 
ApexPredator, That's a much better picture. Your bristletooth looks exactly like mine. It almost looks like you took a picture of mine. Mine has that same dark spot and the coloring is the same.

That looks different then all the pictures, just another variation or Juv. colors.
 
That brings up another topic. In Kuiter and Debelius' book Surgeonfishes Rabbitfishes there are two variations. One is a darker phase and one is a bright orange and blue bristletooth. Of course I hope mine is the later.
