I had the same problem after 3 fish dying within 5 days. Tested all my parameters and the only thing high was nitrates (approx 40) the opinion a many on here and my lfs was that nitrates were not the problem. I also thought about the O2 deprivation. My tang was gasping at day 4. I was heart broken being that it was my first fish purchase. I acclimated the fish slowly over a 2 hour period. Lost a blenny also. Ammonia and Phosphates are at 0 consistantly. Would love to see what others suspect the problem is.
