I'd say get them acclimated to the QT, update us with pix. Get an ammonia alert badge at petco. Try feeding them, and vacuum out all uneaten food. From there, we will have a better idea. #1 priority should always be reducing stress to support the fishes immune system

i can't get any good pictures as the camera doesn't like to focus thru the glass and it's a little dirty. I put in a couple small pellets and the wrasse is eating good. the dartfish have never eaten pellets, i think they are just to small, but they can definetly smell them.. No noticable pumps or sprinkles or anything else on any of them.

so instead of keeping TTM going on the 1 dartfish and blenny on the 3rd transfer i put them into the QT with the other 3 fish. all fish are eating little bits, dartfish seem to be devouring.. the wrasse and blenny are picking.. But i did notice 1 of the dartfish is scraping against the little bit of sand i have in there. In the 5-10 minutes i was watching he flashed and scrapped across the bottom 3 times.

Really need to figure out which treatment i need to do
