Tang Swollen Lips

I got a lavender tang on wednesday and yesterday i noticed that his lips are swollen and he cant close his mouth. Today it hasnt gotten worse or better and he hasnt eaten any nori, pellets or mysis but he is constantly picking on the rocks and glass. Any ideas on what this could be and how i could treat it or if i need to treat it. Thanks
