Tang with bumps

Hello,

We have a powder Blue Tang in Quarantine at the moment. I have the water down to 1.008-+ a hair. Our Powder blue has had a few small bumps under it skin for the past week or so and has been trying to scratch itself on anything it can (not causing any harm just rubbing really). This morning the bumps are all over it but look like they are more on the surface of the skin rather than underneath it. The color of the bumps appears to be a darker blue than the body color and the size of a sharp pencil tip.

Being as the bumps appear to be more on the surface now, would this be a sign of a parasite maturing and or exiting our tang? and or really taking hold and spreading ??

thanks for your help :)

As I mentioned above, the Tang is in the QT already. I am hypoing it as well.. Garlic is part of my feeding anyway but am adding a bit more to it. Garlic Guard is what we are using or is it worth adding pure Garlic??. In the morning the Tang was covered head to toe in those bumps .. by the afternoon it was looking better. Some of the bumps either went away or erupted and looked like something was hanging out of them,, guessing that would be the parasite dying??
