Tang with fungus ?????

I have a 3inch yellow tang, that looks like it has a fungus but I am not sure, it has Small White BB looking spots on 2 of his fins and one on his body! Spots are a lot bigger then sugar so I don’t thing it is Ich! Not sure how to treat it and I don’t know exactly what it is either, any help would be great. I don’t have a camera that will get that close enough to get a good picture, so I will answer any question to get a better idea of what I am dealing with.

Can Lymphocystis spread to my other fish?

Lymho tends to be contagious only within the same species.
