Tangs in a tank

Is it bad to put a second hippo tang into a 220 reef tank? I have a one hippo, sailfin, and one yellow tang in there... I will be adding a naso in there shortly though.

No. I had two hippos together and now three in a 150. They're generally fine.

I just bought one from a seller that couldn't keep two together, they started to fight pretty bad, and that was a 220g also.

it can work, but it can also be trouble, good luck

I have seen two Hippos in a 92 Gallon Corner tank along with a Yellow and Naso and everybody played nice.
Also they were completely different sizes. 1 being about 5 inches and the other about 2 inches.

5 tangs in a 220 is pushing it IMHO.. Definately the potential for some territorial fights..
