Tank a Little Cloudy?

My tank just finished cycling but it's a little cloudy:

Params:

Ammonia 0

Nitrite 0

Nitrate 20 PPM

PH 7.8 (low?, why?)

Alk 5.14, 14.4dkh (why so high?)

I just finsihed Cycling this is before my first water change, is this why some of the params are off? and why tank is cloudy?

are you dosing with calcium? how much live rock? what kind of substrate?

It's just bacteria in the water. It should clear up by morning.
Did you change lighting?
