Tank black outs and Haddoni Anemones

I'm getting some cyano in my tank (mostly due to bio-pellets). While I am working on getting a better balance with my parameters to prevent the cayno from coming back, I was going black out the tank for three days.

My question is, can this harm a haddoni anemone ?

I've found a lot of conflicting information on this

I had to accidentally blackout our tank for 4 days once after a mistake on my part. We have two haddoni, both made it out fine. I did feed them at day 2 though. Not sure they prefer the blackout but they should be okay in my experience (just the one time)

It's always good to get some info based on first hand experience. I think I will feed mine and try a 3 day black-out.
