Breakin' down my 125gal FOWLR tank. Here's a list of everything for sale:

Tank/Stand/Canopy ($525)

Tank--125gal Reef-ready Acrylic tank. Front and side panes are 1 solid piece. Black background. Single overflow with 2 loc-line returns. There are scratches on this tank that I would recommend having buffed out. Typical cost to have this done is approximately $1 per gallon. I will include a Pentair Aquatics Scratch Remover Kit with the tank if you'd prefer to buff them out yourself. 99% of the scratches are very shallow and were caused by my friend trying to clean the tank with a scouring pad  . There are lids for the top of the tank as well if you wish to use them.

Stand/Canopy-- Black Acrylic. In excellent condition, I didn't see any scatches on either.

Tank/Stand/Canopy sale will also come with a small sump, all plumbing, and a Mag return pump. I believe the pump is a Mag 9.5.

Octopus NW-200 Skimmer ($180) : Sale Pending

Skimmer was bought brand new and only used for 6 days.

Chiller ($375)

This is a JBJ Arctica 1/5HP Chiller. It handled this 125gal system with ease, even with 3 Mag pumps running, the lids on the tank, and 4 110watt VHOs running a couple of inches from the top of the tank. This chiller has ~7months of use on it.

Liverock ($2.00/lb)

The liverock is covered in coralline and there are some rather large pieces. There are mojano anemones on the liverock. These will not pose a threat if the liverock is for a FOWLR tank, but if it is for a reef tank, then I would recommend removing/killing them. I have had luck in killing them by using a needle/syringe to inject either lemon juice or Kalk paste into the anemones. Manual removal with fragging shears is also another option.

Livestock

All fish are very healthy, fat, and look great. The list and prices are as follows:

~5" Yellow tang ($35)

~5.5" Hippo Tang ($50)

~3.5" Twinspot Hogfish ($40)

Hansy-why are you selling everything? I thought that you down sized not to long ago, I hope you are not giving up the hobby.

:eek1:

Biggy - The GSM is yours. Sorry, I forgot to put "pending" on that one.

Reefman - You can use carbon in it, or Phosphate remover, or both at the same time. On my other set up I use one for carbon, one for PhosaR, and one for Purigen.

Red Daisy - Sure. When would you like to stop by?

Juggy - Sent ya a PM back. Not getting out. I still have the tank running that I had originally downsized to and may be going bigger if I can move out and go back to school somewhere, pending student loan approval.....

Hansy,
just got off the phone with the vulture
any chance you seling the black stock tank?
hope you're not leaving the hobby, but wether you're walking away or coming toward me you always look(yum, yum) ummm nice

Adam - The Flame has never been around SPS, so I couldn't tell ya. The reactor is very well built. It is built the same as my ViaAqua Calcium reactor of which I am very pleased with. You are second in line for the reactor.

Joe - The GSM is ~3" long so you can look at the pic above of the GSM next to the urchin and get a good idea of how big he is. I don't think he's too big for a 40breeder just yet....

Karen - LOL :) The black stock tank belongs to 444reefkeeper. But I could sell it to ya and tell Dave that I misplaced it.......j/k Dave :)
BTW: I am not leaving the hobby at all. I still have my 40breeder running (the one I downsized to from the 120gal) and things are doing pretty well :)
